REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – Southern Region (Galle, Matara, Hambanthota, Kalutara districts) and Colombo (Colombo 1 to 15 and suburbs)

The selected candidates will be responsible to develop profitable new business and grow existing base by Training, Coaching, and developing territory team and also he/she will be the custodian of Company assets in the market place.   The objectives will include Market share and distribution within approved budget for the territory. Depending on the area and the size of the business assigned, a number of Customer Executives (Sales Executives) will report to the Regional Manager.

This is a senior position in the Sales carder and the ideal candidates must be mature yet dynamic persons with hands-on sales experience. Prior experience in FMCG environment is a must and should have excellent communication skills and adequate accounting knowledge. The upper age limit is 40.
