Job Specification:
    Identify the appropriate software architecture based on the requirements.
    Record software architecture in a software architecture document using use cases and the Unified Modeling Language (UML).
    Analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements.
    Creation of detailed software design specifications.
    Participate in the requirement specification review process to ensure requirements can be translated into valid software architecture

Person Specification:
     At least 3yrs experience in the capacity of a software architect
    Degree in IT or related field
    Programming?experience in C/C++/HTML/SQL/DotNet
    Experience in UML, XML, web services, SQL server, design patterns,  LANs
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Mastery of user interaction design skills
    Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
    Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Challenges:
     Understanding Facility Management Domain  and SCADA technologies
     Understanding customer requirements accurately?
