The storekeeper is to assume overall responsibility of the store which includes pharmaceuticals and consumables. Main functions include ordering, receiving, storing and issuing of items in the accurate manner.

Person profile
• G C E Advanced level (preferably in business studies)
• Diploma or Certificate in stores management
• Minimum 2 years experience in store keeping (having exposure to pharmaceutical stores will be an advantage)
• Computer literacy is a must (MS office)

Main Job responsibilities
• Maintenance of re-order levels and monitoring of stock movements
• Preparing monthly consumption reports & timely information of requirement of materials.
• Communicate with suppliers to acquire knowledge on new products and special offers
• Having regular interactions with all the departments in order to ensure that supplies are available at the right time in right quantities
• Working closely with finance department
