§  Identification of training and development needs and design training calendars & programs whilst coordinating with relevant personnel to draft career and succession plans.
§  Maintain the training budget and monitor same through the use of a fully documented system to ensure expenditure is in line with the Human Resources plan whilst providing a monthly report to management to facilitate decision making.
§  Coordinate with relevant parties (internal / external) and ensure the delivery of relevant and appropriate training.
§  Organize and carryout employee welfare and industrial relations activities whilst counselling operators / staff level employees and addressing & providing effective guidance in order to resolve their problems.
§  Oversee the entire payroll function / control mechanism to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing whilst verifying reports and payments.

You will be responsible to administer the payroll for assigned staff category and carry out Training and Development for workers and staff categories in order to fulfill organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience;
§  Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
§  2 years experience in a similar role with experience handling a JCC and matters regarding Employee relations.
§  Good communication and interpersonal skills
§  Computer literacy.
