    *NDT / NDES / HNDE / NCT in Quantity Surveying with minimum 4 years working experience in building construction sites.
    *Should be computer literate having experience in preparing monthly payment bills.
    *Should familiar with conditions of contract.
    *Should be able to identify variations prepare necessary rate analyses.
    *Should be able to identify any claims entitle as per the contracts.
