    Identify the appropriate software architecture based on the requirements.
    Record software architecture in a software architecture document using use cases and the Unified Modeling Language (UML).
    Analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements.
    Creation of detailed software design specifications.
    Participate in the requirement specification review process to ensure requirements can be translated into valid software architecture

    A relevant degree/diploma in computer science.
    5+ years industry experience is a must.
    Knowledge on OOA & OOD.
    Highly proficient in .Net Technologies (C#.Net, ASP.Net, XML Parsing, XPath, Web Services, WPF).
    Experience in HTML / CSS – Should be competent in writing efficient HTML and CSS. A consistent look and feel across multiple browsers is critical along with maintaining best practices.
    Experience in JavaScript development and frameworks ( jQuery, Prototype)
    Experience in MS SQL Server 2005, 2008 database design and development.
    Experience in Microsoft design patterns & practices such as MVC3 - Razor, MVVM.
    Experience on third party controls such as Telerik, DevExpress would be an advantage

    BSc. in Computer Science or Software related discipline or equivalent professional qualification
    Minimum of 2 years experience as Senior QA engineer responsible for test design and execution in a automated test environment.
    Experience in designing and creating test automation suits using Java,  JUnit, or any other open source technologies.
    Experience in following methodologies, tools, technologies is a must

·         IT related degree and/or MSc
·         Solid personal experience with modems, routers, networking and broadband services
·         Patience, Courtesy and the ability to paying attention to ultimate detail
·         Ability to work full on for extended periods of time

Must have an eye for creativity and a flair for innovation
Extensive knowledge of Adobe CS products, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and XML with flash
Sound knowledge in Open Source CMS integration
Knowledge in MYSQL database management and PHP
Maintain a sense of Individuality in thinking and decision making.
Proven track record of being a strong team player

3+ years work experience in Web Application Development in PHP
HTML, XML, CSS JavaScript and Ajax experience
Sound knowledge of CMS platforms (Joomla, Wordpress) would be a definite advantage
Demonstrated initiative and good analytical and problem solving skills
