The selected candidates will be responsible to develop profitable new business and grow existing base by Training, Coaching, and developing territory team and also he/she will be the custodian of Company assets in the market place.   The objectives will include Market share and distribution within approved budget for the territory. Depending on the area and the size of the business assigned, a number of Customer Executives (Sales Executives) will report to the Regional Manager.

    Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
    Fully or partly qualified in CIM / SLIM would be a definite advantage.
    Age around 25 years.
    Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity is essential.(Preferably in the education sector)
    Excellent communication skills in both  Sinhala /Tamil and English are essential.
    A well developed network of existing contacts would be highly desirable.

2-3 years experience in Sales – Field sales of technical products an added advantage
