The minimum qualification required for this post will be the G.C.E. Advanced Level (Maths or Bio) examination. The ideal candidate should be a male below the age of 25 years. A year of experience in handling costing, communicating with suppliers and handling purchasing & negotiation activities is essential. He should also possess excellent communication skills in English, be Computer literate and should be willing to work under pressure

He has to assist in efficient planning and coordination of day to day Tanker operations and administrative activities to ensure accurate results in all aspects of shipping and related operations, monitor vessel position and coordinate with Vessel Owners and Vessel Master, coordinate with Agents / Sub Agents / Charters, Shippers and Receivers, maintain a secrecy of corresponds, daily report to HOD and provide full support, ensuring continuous review and improvements of operational processes, oversee and communicate with Sub Agents and team for daily monitoring efforts to ensure productivity objectives meeting Company / Departmental standards
